We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive in less than perfect condition. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our valued customers, we have implemented the following return policy.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• All original tags and labels must be intact.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team atinfo@salonclubshop.comwith the following details:
   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you wish to return
   • The reason for the return
2. Our customer service team will provide you with aReturn Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. You will also be provided a return address based on your location.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
• Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund or Exchange:

• Returned item(s) will be inspected to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
• Please allow an additional 3–5 days for the refund to reflect in your account due to bank processing times.

Exceptions:

• Opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request.
