- SalonClubShop charges a flat shipping fee of $10 across Canada for all orders, regardless of value (after discounts and before taxes).
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
- Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Toronto/Eastern Time).
- No additional customs or handling fees apply.
Delivery Times
- Orders typically have a handling time of 0–3 business days and a transit time of 0–2 business days, depending on location and carrier. Total estimated delivery time: 0–5 business days.
Carrier Delivery Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your package is delayed, contact us at info@salonclubshop.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier if needed.
- Replacements will only be sent after the carrier confirms the status of the original shipment.
Tracking
- All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- You can also track your order anytime by entering your Order Number and Postal Code on our Order Tracking page.
Damaged Parcels
- If your package is delivered to a PO Box, SalonClubShop is not responsible for any damage due to extreme temperatures, theft, or mishandling.
- For transit-related damages, refer to our Return Policy under "Products Damaged During Delivery."
Unclaimed Parcels
- If the carrier cannot deliver your package, it will be held at the nearest post office.
- Follow the delivery notice instructions or track the package using the provided tracking number.
To retrieve your parcel, bring:
- The delivery notice
- Government-issued photo ID with your address
Important: You have 10 business days to collect your parcel. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and automatically refunded, minus the $10 return shipping fee.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- If a delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to us. You’ll receive a full refund minus the $10 return shipping fee.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. SalonClubShop is not responsible for address errors.
Out of Stock Items
- In rare cases, some items may be unavailable. If so, we’ll ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock items.
